Dr Andrew Hogarth

Dr Andrew Hogarth is a highly experienced Consultant Cardiologist who specialises in general cardiology and heart rhythm management. With a patient-centred approach to clinical care, he provides thorough diagnostic evaluations and advanced treatment plans for individuals experiencing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Dr Hogarth is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that helps patients manage complex cardiac conditions with clarity and reassurance.

In his clinical practice, Dr Hogarth focuses extensively on cardiac electrophysiology and the management of cardiac arrhythmias. His clinical expertise includes performing complex catheter ablation procedures for supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), atrial fibrillation (AF), and ventricular tachycardia (VT). He also possesses extensive expertise in cardiac device therapy, including the implantation of standard and leadless pacemakers, as well as specialised transvenous lead extraction procedures.

Dr Hogarth earned his primary medical qualification, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), before going on to achieve Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP). Demonstrating a deep commitment to medical science and clinical excellence, he subsequently completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree focused on cardiovascular research.
