Chris Malkin is one of the most experienced interventional cardiologists in the UK.
Dr Malkin is a high volume coronary interventionist (PCI & Stents) with 12 years experience working as a consultant in one of the busiest hospitals (Leeds General Infirmary) in Europe.
Dr Malkin has an international reputation for structural heart treatment including aortic valve intervention (Aortic valve implantation 'TAVI'), mitral valve repair 'mitraclip' and mitral valve replacement. He has travelled all over the world teaching techniques for valve implantation and has performed numerous 'live cases' to international conferences.
Dr Malkin continues to contribute to major international research in improving structural valve treatments and in improving patient access to life changing therapies.
