Qualifications
I qualified from the medical school in the University of Damascus, Syria and completed my specialist training in hepatology & gastroenterology in South Yorkshire including a dedicated hepatology training fellowship in Leeds and Sheffield. I have special interest in the management of fatty liver disease, hepato-biliary diseases, liver cancer, chronic abdominal pain and developing management pathways. I offer comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures which assist in the management of gastrointestinal and biliary diseases.I manage patients with early and advanced liver, biliary and gastrointestinal diseases, I am an experienced endoscopist offering upper, lower gastrointestinal endoscopy and ERCP.
I am a memebr of the Bristish Society of Gastroenetrology(BSG), Bristish Association of the Study of the Liver (BASL), European Association of the Study of the Liver (EASL) and the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).
