Dr Alison Humphreys is a dedicated Consultant Medical Oncologist committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for individuals facing cancer diagnoses. She adopts a reassuring, patient-centred approach, taking the time to ensure every patient fully understands their diagnosis and treatment options. Working closely within multidisciplinary clinical teams, Dr Humphreys aims to deliver tailored care plans that address both medical needs and individual patient well-being.

Her main areas of clinical focus include the management of breast cancer, renal malignancies, and melanoma. Dr Humphreys employs a wide range of modern medical oncological treatments, including systemic anti-cancer therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy. Additionally, her expertise includes electrochemotherapy for managing cutaneous lesions, alongside supportive care strategies to optimise patient comfort and quality of life.

Dr Humphreys completed comprehensive postgraduate medical training, including dedicated clinical research and a specialised Medical Oncology Registrar rotation. She holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), maintaining high standards of clinical practice through ongoing professional development and involvement in oncology research.
