Ms Aisling Phelan

Aisling Phelan is a Specialist Allergy Dietitian. She has an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a PG Certificate in Allergy from Imperial College London. She has trained at some of the leading allergy centres in the UK, including Guys Hospital and University College London Hospital.

Aisling specialises in the provision of nutritional advice for food allergies, food hypersensitivity and adverse reactions to food. She is experienced in the use of the low FODMAP diet to manage IBS and other conditions.

Aisling had a background in gastroenterology and respiratory dietetics before specialising in allergy. She is passionate about improving quality of life for her patients by providing the most up-to-date clinical practice.

Aisling strives to stop the misinformation surrounding the management of allergy, and provide accurate advice tailored to each individual.
