Aimee was recommended to me by my gastroenterologist following an unexpected diagnosis of coeliac disease. Prior to my first appointment, I had done a lot of background reading but Aimee asked all the right questions and was able to quickly identify where I might need support. She tailored each of the sessions to my needs and was happy to discuss specific elements of dietary/nutritional requirements which I found extremely helpful. Aimee is friendly, professional and an excellent listener and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to others in a similar situation.

Aimee’s services were recommended to me by a gastroenterologist as I was struggling with gut issues. Aimee is very friendly and helpful, my symptoms and anxieties were explored and tailored advice was provided to help with the problems I was dealing with. Restoring gut health is a work in progress but I have already seen massive improvements thanks to Aimee’s guidance and I will continue to follow her advice for further improvement. Would highly recommend.

Aimee took time out to explain the FOD map diet and went through the booklets in detail which were then easy to follow. She them explained the reintroduction of food group process and again this was easy to follow and understand. From our first meeting face to face to two further meetings via video calls Aimee took time to explain things and make them easy to understand and at no point did the appointments seem rushed, she asked lots of questions and gave lots of clear concise advice. The overall experience was excellent.
