Miss Olivia Molyneux

Miss Olivia Molyneux is a Specialist Gastro Dietitian with an extensive clinical background in both the NHS and private practice. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Dietetics from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food and Nutrition. Her practice is built on a "weight-neutral" approach, focusing on sustainable habits and evidence-based science rather than restrictive dieting. Before transitioning to private practice, she developed her expertise at several of London's most prestigious hospitals, including the Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital. During her tenure at the Royal London Hospital, she managed complex gastric and gynaecological conditions, including bowel obstructions, liver disease, pregnancy complications, and intestinal failure.

Olivia specialises in the management of functional gut disorders, such as IBS, and has a particular passion for the intersection of gut health and women's health. Her 3-session IBS Programme is designed to provide patients with a clear, long-term strategy, moving beyond short-term investigation tools like the low-FODMAP diet. Under her expert guidance, the focus is on a structured reintroduction phase that successfully expands the diet, ensuring patients eat a greater variety of foods rather than restricting their intake.
