Having come highly recommended by my gastroenterologist, it was my first meeting with Katie and she could not have been more considerate, friendly and extremely informative. Having been told to write a food diary, she immediately pinpointed a problem and having taken her advice, I am starting to see some improvement already! She sent me various information sheets to read, and I now feel more in control and able to cope with coeliac disease a little better after meeting her. Thank you.

I think Katie is wonderful. She has helped me before with IBS very successfully. I'm in the process of another flare up and I've contacted her again because when I think I've tried everything, she always has alternatives and other options to try. Just speaking to her makes me feel more relaxed.

Katie was extremely informative, and delivered lots of helpful information in my initial consultation. She had a very kind manner and made me feel very comfortable when discussing my symptoms and recent diagnosis.

I found her very friendly and she did her utmost to provide me with information relating to the FODMAP diet of which I knew very little. She did not rush through the session but told me about related possibly beneficial topics eg an App which had proved successful using meditation.Further information is to be sent to me. I have several useful booklets to guide me through the new diet and she says I can contact her if I have any problems. I felt satisfied with my visit and would recommend Katie to others.

It was an extremely helpful appointment, Katie was able to provide a clear plan of action for me which is something I’ve struggled to do for years. Her manner is thoughtful, thorough and above all exceedingly kind.
