Dr Adrian O'Gorman

Dr Adrian O'Gorman is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. With dedicated clinical focus on foot and ankle surgery, complex orthopaedic trauma, joint reconstruction, and minimally invasive surgical techniques, Dr O'Gorman provides comprehensive care aimed at restoring mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing quality of life for his patients. His patient-centred approach emphasises personalised rehabilitation strategies tailored to meet individual health needs.

Dr O'Gorman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy with Basic Medical Science from the University of London in 1992, before completing his medical degree (MBBS) at University College London Medical School in 1995. Following basic surgical training, he completed higher specialist orthopaedic training on the Middlesex rotation in London, followed by an advanced specialist Fellowship at the Mater Hospital in Sydney, Australia. He achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006 and was entered onto the General Medical Council Specialist Register for Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in 2008. Dr O'Gorman holds professional memberships with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Academy of Medical Educators.

In addition to his surgical practice, Dr O'Gorman is actively involved in academic leadership and medical education. He serves as an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor, Academic Module Lead, and MBBS Tutor at university level, where he plays a central role in training and mentoring future doctors. By integrating contemporary evidence-based medical research into his daily clinical practice, Dr O'Gorman ensures that patients receive safe, compassionate, and effective surgical care.
