Mr Saeed earned his medical degree with Honours from the University of Bristol in 2009. His journey in surgical training began in South Wales, where he completed his basic surgical training before advancing to specialist Registrar training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in Yorkshire. He successfully completed his training in 2021, followed by a prestigious Hand and Wrist fellowship at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, where he trained under the mentorship of Mr Joe Garcia and Mr Apurv Sinha.
Through his extensive training and fellowship, Mr Saeed has garnered expertise in various orthopaedic hand and wrist surgeries, encompassing a wide range of conditions such as sporting injuries, Dupuytren's contracture, arthritis, TFCC injuries, nerve compressions, tendon disorders, and malunion correction, among others.
In October 2022, Mr Saeed assumed the role of Hand and Wrist Orthopaedic Consultant at Harrogate District Hospital, where he maintains an elective and trauma practice. Alongside his clinical duties, he is deeply committed to medical education, actively involved in teaching and supervising trainee surgeons and junior doctors at different stages of their professional development. He is also engaged in research, with numerous publications in the field of orthopaedics showcasing his dedication to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care.

The Dutchy and all staff create a very relaxing atmosphere. Zubair performed a successful operation on my hand. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend him to anyone.
From the outset, Mr Saeed was lovely and reassuring. Explanations were clear and I felt reassured going into the procedure. During the operation I had a vesovegal reaction to the anaesthetic which I had warned might happen as I have had it before. Nothing fazed him and the theatre staff were wonderful, too. The procedure continued to successful conclusion regardless. Thank you to Mr Saeed and everyone involved. A few months on and all my Carpal Tunnel symptoms have gone in that hand/arm.
My appointment time for the procedure was 12.30 pm and my operation wasn’t until after 9pm - I knew I was last on the list of 5 and told it would be circa 6.30pm ….. maybe stagger the times for arrival to avoid lengthy waiting times.
All the way through my experiance with Mr Saeed it as been 5 star all the way i coudn't have had a better person dealing with my problem would recomend him to anyone

I recently had Carpal tunnel surgery under a local anaesthetic . I am extremely pleased with the outcome , and cannot speak highly of enough of the care I received from everyone on the day from the receptionist , nurses and of course Mr Saeed. I would certainly recommend Huddersfield Private Hospital.
Mr Saeed explains what he is going to do in a way that is easy to understand .He also makes sure you have all the information you need , for you to decide if you want to go forward with the procedure. I felt safe and confident going in for my procedure and all went well. and the after care is going well . I am so glad I had it done
I had a tumour removed from my arm - a surgery which several other professionals were not willing to attempt. Mr Saeed was thorough and paid attention to detail; quick consultation date and surgery date to follow. Smooth and reassuring procedure under general anaesthesia - result: a beautiful scar and a benign tumour following histology.
