Dr Adam Seccombe

Dr Adam Seccombe is an experienced Consultant Physician specialising in General (Internal) Medicine and Acute Medicine. He provides expert, comprehensive care for patients presenting with a wide array of urgent, complex, and unselected medical conditions. Working at the forefront of emergency and urgent medical assessment, Dr Seccombe focuses on rapid clinical evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and tailored treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals requiring immediate medical attention.

Dr Seccombe earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) alongside a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. He achieved Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and holds specialist certification in both Acute Medicine and General (Internal) Medicine. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as an accredited Focused Acute Medicine Ultrasound (FAMUS) supervisor and actively contributes to medical education, clinical supervision, and published peer-reviewed research.

With broad expertise across acute general medicine, Dr Seccombe has a strong clinical interest in fluid resuscitation and assessment, point-of-care diagnostic ultrasound, sepsis management, and frailty evaluation.
