Dr. Graham Baker consistently displays a professional, reassuring, and thorough approach, listening to patient concerns. Patients value his clear explanations regarding procedures such as endoscopy, gastroscopy, and colonoscopy, along with the subsequent communication of results and aftercare plans. He ensures everything is investigated, offering clear options and guidance for diagnoses like fatty liver disease, while making patients feel at ease and well supported throughout their care. The specialist's expertise is frequently applied to conditions involving gastroenterology, stomach and abdominal pain, often utilising FibroScan or requiring procedures such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
Dr Baker took the time to listen to my concerns in relation to my Gastric condition and organised relevant scan(s) following endoscopy. During our 2nd consultation he updated me with regards to the abdominal scan and then wrote to my GP to inform them of our consultation and direct them in regards to medication etc…

Thank you for providing your kind review. I am glad to have been able to help.
Excellent and professional care, comprehensive communication before and after treatment, clear discussion of results and aftercare

Thank you for providing this kind review following your procedure with me and your overall care received
My overall experience, from the consultation through to the procedures and follow up telephone updates where Dr Baker shared my results, has been excellent. I felt heard and experienced a high level of care and professionalism throughout both face to face and telephone call interaction. Dr Baker listened patiently to my concerns and provided clear options in a timely manner. Throughout the process, I felt well supported and informed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this kind feedback. I am very grateful to you and for being able to help you with your symptoms
Supported me through a gastro problem I’d been having for a while. Very clear, re-assuring and professional in the support provided.

Thank you very much for providing your review. I am glad that I have been able to help support you and that you have been pleased with the service provided.
Very good, but felt a bit rushed. It was all over in minutes.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry if all felt a bit rushed. A FibroScan is a very quick procedure and this is why there is a dedicated follow up appointment to go through the results later that day or a couple of days later.
All good thanks

Thank you for your review
Dr Baker was very experienced in gut health & clearly has a keen interest in finding positive solutions to your stomach/bowel concerns. Fortunately my issues were all ok after having a Colonoscopy & I would like to thank Dr Baker for encouraging me to have the procedure carried out. I would highly recommend Dr Baker.

Thank you for your kind review. I am glad I was able to help. Do come back to me if you need any further review in the future.
This was a follow up call for a procedure that I had a few weeks previously. The results of the procedure were explained concisely and a conversation regarding potential medications. Very satisfied.

Thank you for your review. I am happy to have helped with your symptoms and provide onward advice.
Professional, reassuring and thorough. Also contacted me at the time he said he would.. Thank you.
