Mr Abdulla Jawed

Mr. Abdulla Jawed is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialising in both arthroplasty and trauma surgery. He is currently practicing at Wye Valley NHS Trust, where he has been a full-time consultant since June 2019.

His clinical experience spans a wide range of orthopaedic disciplines, with a particular focus on joint replacement and trauma surgery. Mr. Jawed's career includes work at prominent institutions such as Salford Royal Foundation Trust, where he gained valuable experience in spinal surgery, and Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust. He has also completed a fellowship in arthroplasty, concentrating on primary and revision surgeries for hip and knee joint replacements, further enhancing his expertise in joint reconstruction.

Mr. Jawed’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Trauma and Orthopaedics from The University of Edinburgh, and he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. His extensive training also includes a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and he achieved his MRCS diploma in 2009.
