Kind friendly staff, set in a lovely clinical environment

My experience at Self London was exceptional. I was made to feel at ease immediately and couldn’t fault the professionalism of Dr Keigwin. She listened to my needs & understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve with my first Botox treatment. I’ve been so impressed by my results I’ve booked further appointments with her. I would highly recommend Self London & Dr Keigwin!

I’m a 62 year old woman and I had a consultation with Dr Charlotte Keigwin This was then followed by Profhilo Structure treatment I had 2 sessions with a 4 week interval . Dr Keigwin was very calm kind and professional . The procedure was slightly uncomfortable but I was warned about this and it was not too much . I must say after the first session I did not see much difference ,but as advised this was more noticeable after the second treatment and has continued to improve . Friends whom I had not seen for a few months commented on how well I looked !!!I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Keigwin at Self London

I had two treatments with Dr Charlotte Keigwin recently. I must say I am so pleased with my results more so than I have had with any other aesthetician. Usually there is a slight pain and I’m not great with needles but Dr Keigwin was very gentle with the best results. Will definitely be returning.

Such a lovely team with real expertise, and the results have been fantastic.

Really professional in all their communication and found it very easy to book appointments, see my treatment letters etc. Their is a nice little reception area whilst you're waiting. Felt comfortable while I was waiting for treatment.

I recently visited Self London to explore treatment options for my deep acne scarring. The clinic is in a central location and very clean. The support staff are wonderful too, always accommodating and good at following up on questions I have had.

I had brilliant service and treatment at Self London by Katie, Dr Mahto and Dr Keigwin. They were prompt, kind, thorough and explained everything to me during my UltraClear laser treatment. Dr Keigwin and Dr Mahto were very hands on during the procedure and Katie was incredibly helpful explaining after care procedures. I felt very well looked after and would certainly recommend to friends and family and anyone looking for a high standard of treatment.

Excellent service. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The clinic is of very high standard, very clean and in friendly warm environment. Everything was explained to me clearly before, during and after my treatment. Definitely 5* service and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
