I am so pleased with the service provided. Very kind to my husband and I, clear information given and the opportunity to ask further questions, even some months after our visit.

Good experience on arrival, reception satisfactory ok and we started on time with the Consultant Psychiatrist, who was friendly but probing in an effective way. We agreed a plan of action including psychology, social and physical activity and medication. The Consultant has been meticulous in documenting and following up the actions that were agreed.

I was pleased with my initial experience, the blood test was sent quickly although it was hard to get the staff to answer my initial queries at first, and I had to email a few times. I didn’t get any response to my emails asking about the likely wait time (which I sent after a few weeks) which was frustrating, so communication could have been better.

We have now had 2 excellent experiences with Dr Ben Marlow, assessing both of our daughters for ASD. He is professional, highly knowledgeable and passionate about his work, brilliant at connecting with young people (and their parents!), taking extreme care to get to know his patients so he can build an insightful picture of their challenges and also their strengths, offering detailed advice and support. I would (and have done) recommend him without a second's hesitation.
