Excellent service from friendly and professional staff. At every stage the staff introduced themselves and explained what was going to happen. The premises were immaculate and well signed. Unfortunately the air conditioning had broken down but portable fans had been used to help keep the temperature down. I was apprehensive before the procedure, but would have no hesitation in choosing Newmedica for a further cataract operation.

All appointments except the last have been right on time but unfortunately a computer problem led to a delay on the last appointment. Having said that, the staff was as brilliant then as they have been the entire time. It truly is an exceptional practice with friendly and dedicated staff.

Excellent service my only gripe is that, on Sunday 14thJune appointments were running appropriately 30/35 minutes but this was not explained upon arrival, which had it been, patients would have been less anxious regarding the delay.
