My consultations were with miss Akbar. And the fertility clinic nurse. They were all very friendly and always get back to me via email and phone call. Everything was clear all the time. And on time

Was early for my appointment Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor had time for me Was very nice and friendly

Slight delay on app time but that didn’t mean they rushed through my appointment, quite the opposite, not just The doctor did a great job/ surgery but also answered all my questions and concerns. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in two of the wrong departments, didn’t find they to be overly useful. The first department directed me to the wrong place. The second department I found to be quite rude.

I have always received the best of care, both pre and post operative. Following a diagnosis of bowel cancer I was very quickly treated and have since had excellent follow up from Jayesh Sagar, Suzy Mawdsley, stoma team and the chemotherapy unit.
