Absolutely top Guy! Explained everything very well before, during and after the procedure as I was awake throughout and, got me in early for a challenging op.
Dr Edroos was very welcoming and was able to remember me from the first time we met in A&E. He has a detailed understanding and knowledge of my particular situation and was able to explain his plans for my continued treatment. He didn’t rush my appointment, giving me the time I needed to ask questions, to which he responded happily and very confidently explaining his reasons clearly. I’m very happy and confident in his ability and would not hesitated seeking his advice and help further. The only issue I have is with getting appointments, which I know are not his responsibility. I’ve had this particular appointment rescheduled several times and was given a telephone appointment which he kindly changed into a face to face appointment, when he met my mother for an appointment the previous week. I hope I don’t have to wait so long again for my next appointment, which is should be scheduled for the end of this year. Dr Edroos is a wonderful doctor.
My experience has been a very good one the doctor explained the procedure to me in full and kept me updated throughout and after.
Dr Edroos was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole procedure. He explained everything perfectly and helped put my mind at rest as I was very scared and he picked up on that. I am very grateful to him for saving my life. The whole experience from being checked in and looked after by the amazing nursing team, having the procedure and then recovering couldn't have been any smoother or more comfortable. I am grateful to Dr Edroos and the whole team at the Luton and Dunstable hospital.
