Loughview Fold

My Dad was admitted to Loughview Fold mid Sept 2021. At the time he was in the Ulster Hospital Dundonald, and Helen, Loughview Fold Manager, visited him there and arranged for him to come to Loughview Fold. We were so grateful for this - his transition was arranged quickly, professionally, proactively, and with care and kindness. Whilst Dad had to isolate for 2 weeks, we were able to contact the Loughview Fold team and get updates. After the 2 weeks, we were able to visit him. Every staff member that I have had contact with has been great. Dad has dementia, and I know that isn't easy all round, but what matters most to me is that he is as happy and content as possible.

Helpful and approachable staff who obviously care about the residents. Very happy that mum is getting the best of care.

The staff are wonderful and have provided a safe, loving, caring home for my Mum (who suffers from dementia) after Dad died. The Fold staff are in touch regularly, they help me phone Mum every week and they have my complete trust. This is especially import because I live 5000-miles away. e

Staff always helpful, obliging and caring. Excellent care provided by all. The assurance this provides the family is invaluable. I have no hesitation in recommending Loughview Fold.

I always find everyone very pleasant when I go to visit. I have no worries that my father is well looked after.
