We recently assisted an elderly man move into Glenowen Court. The staff have been very helpful and in particular the manager Siobhan provided us with individual attention and regular email updates on how he has been settling in. This has given us great peace of mind with such a change in his living circumstances.

All staff very friendly and accommodating. Good professionalism with all. Good communication with the manager.

After reading previous reviews I was really concerned when my Dad was sent here from hospital. He has been here for a year now and has only good things to say about his care he really likes the staff especially Mandy who has really helped him. He has no complaints about the food and he seems really settled and loves to have a bit of banter with the staff. He chose to stay here when given a choice to move and that really says it all in my opinion.

Towell House is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My Mum is a resident and she’s and we are very happy with all aspects of care at Kirk House. The management and staff go the extra mile to entertain and make the lived experience good

My mother has been at Strathearn court care home for many years. The family are very pleased with the care my mother has and is receiving. Especially during the difficult times during covid when all measures were taken to involve the family as much as possible. I feel like I know each member of staff from the manager to housekeeping and kitchen staff. My mother also appreciates the activities from the activity coordinators.

Very happy with care, friendly staff

I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided by all of the staff at Rathmena House Care Home. The home itself is beautifully decorated and is cleaned to the highest of standards and the gardens are immaculate. The care provided by all staff is of the highest of standards. All staff are courteous and welcoming and go the extra mile to facilitate the needs of the residents and their family. I have the highest of praise for all of the staff of Rathmena for their individualised care and attention and for making Rathmena a safe home from home.
