Loughview Fold

the staff were nothing but caring and compassionate towards my dad and us as a family. It should be said that from the home manager to all members of the team they were all friendly and very approachable.

Our mum has settled well into the home. The staff and management went above and beyond for her. The home is spotless and lots of activities every day and personal attention to all the residents. I would gladly recommend this home to anyone

My overall experience with Loughview and the staff has been excellent. They are very easy to communicate with. I have had no issues or concerns regarding any of the residents. The Fold is very warm and welcoming, the staff are always working with the residents to provide a high level of care and support the residents to live independently.

I can’t praise loughview fold enough for the difference it has made in my family’s life. The staff are so professional and caring and not just with the residents but with family as well. My family was at crisis point before Helen the manager visited my dad and since then a heavy weight has been lifted off. As a nurse myself I am very aware of what is available with regards to really good care facilities and Loughview in my opinion is right up there with the best. The home is really well managed and as a family we could not be any happier with the standard of care provided. Everyone is treated with the greatest respect from every staff member and I mean everyone. Loughview is a home away from home which is so important and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The staff at Loughview fold are amazing, they go about their work with a professional approach and attitude, and with a smile. Since my wife was admitted to Loughview her overall health has improved and the staff work hard to make her dementia as comfortable as can be..

I was an emotional mess having to put mum into care . My only regret about doing it ? She probably should have been there sooner . She is so well looked after and we , as a family , have gotten so much of our lives back … I can’t thank everyone enough x
