I found Loughview Fold to be excellent in all areas. The staff always go above and beyond for the residents.

My Mum lived here and she rally enjoyed the company and the care excellent

My mother-in-law has been at Loughview since October 2021 as she was unable to live independently. This was not only a new experience for her but also my husband and I and a big decision to make. We have been impressed with the care and attention she receives. She always looks clean and well dressed and we are notified immediately if Loughview have any concerns. The staff are very caring, cheerful and friendly. Having looked at other care homes over the last 8 weeks for my father, this is by far one of the best I have seen in the local area. Well done to all staff at Loughview, great job and much appreciated.

Staff are very welcoming and always make time to talk over any questions or worries that you have regarding your relatives stay with them.

Nothing too much trouble. My mother's complete happiness with being there. Always happy to go the extra mile. The entertainment and activities are so good. The attention to detail. They care about the families too, not just the residents. First rate.
