Wonderful staff who are very caring cheerful and positive and lovely clean facilities

My father is so well settled at Loughview and this is mainly because of the quality and care shown by the staff. I am always greatly impressed by the humour and professionalism of all the staff I am in contact with during my visits. The public areas and my dad’s room is spotlessly clean, Covid regulations are complied with correctly, the rooms are airy, light and there is none of the bad smell that I have experienced at other care homes. An absolute pleasure to deal with the staff and I am sure my dad is receiving the best possible care. Well done.

I am delighted with the care mum is receiving and the staff could not be more helpful. They are so approachable and ready to listen to any concerns. A suggestion would be to have a booklet available to the family of new residents - as there is so much information to take in initially about how the system works- visiting, opticians visits, menus etc. This would help enormously. Helen and her team do a fantastic job.

The Loughview team has worked very hard throughout the pandemic to create a safe environment. The testing and care partner schemes has been professionally managed. Sometimes communication could be better.

Very caring staff, quick response to any queries and requests. Notified if any matters arise.

I wish I could give Loughview 6 stars. All the staff, in every department, have shown respect, care and compassion to my Mum.

Loughview is such an amazing home. The staff are the best I have met and the care my dad receives is exceptional. He is so comfortable and the rapport he has with all the staff is great, they work so hard to engage him and their communication is wonderful. Even though I live so far away. I couldn’t be happier with everything at Loughview, I rest knowing my dad has the best possible care.
