About Cregagh Nursing Home
Cregagh Nursing Home provides round-the-clock nursing care in a safe and warm environment, based on the individual needs of the residents. Cregagh is supported by a highly trained team of staff who work in accordance with the core standards of care and individualised treatment plans, to ensure the residents receive the care that best suits their needs and also allow the residents to live the best life possible.
Cregagh consists of 40 well decorated and furnished single bedrooms across two floors, with 18 beds for interim care, post-operative care, and rehabilitation. All bedrooms have televisions with a skybox, power points, and individual telephones. Cregagh Nursing homes also have a bright lounge and a fully equipped kitchen area serviced by kitchen assistants, with varied menus and special dietary needs taken into consideration. Cregagh understands the importance of keeping the residents physically and mentally engaged, and regularly organises trips and activities for the residents. Residents who cherish community engagement can also find purpose at Cregagh, with connections to church groups, schools, and youth clubs. The care home also provides cleaning, secretarial, and maintenance staff to ensure the resident's personal needs are taken care of. Visits from healthcare professionals and clergy can also be arranged for residents.

After reading previous reviews I was really concerned when my Dad was sent here from hospital. He has been here for a year now and has only good things to say about his care he really likes the staff especially Mandy who has really helped him. He has no complaints about the food and he seems really settled and loves to have a bit of banter with the staff. He chose to stay here when given a choice to move and that really says it all in my opinion.
My Mother is terminally ill with a broken hip and has been a resident here for approximately 10 weeks. The care she has been given is fantastic and the staff will do anything you ask and will try to accommodate the residents in any way they can
A very good friend stayed here recently for respite care and really enjoyed their stay. The staff were fantastic and went above & beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Cregagh Nursing Home to anyone needing care & support for a family member.

Fabulous nursing home and fabulous staff. I fly over from Manchester regularly to visit my aunt and all the staff make me feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All care homes should be like this.

Every aspect needed is here. It’s wonderful. LOVE the food - beautifully cooked and presented. The staff are very nice and kind. Very lucky to be in such a wonderful place and I’m 91! My sight and hearing are not good, everyone has been considerate.
The staff here are amazing, they really go above and beyond to look after their residents, my father is so settled and happy here which really means the world as it puts my mind at rest
