My experience so far has been good

As a visitor to Clifton House to see a resident, I have been extremely impressed with the care and professionalism of all the staff. While many places could give the same physical support, the staff at Clifton House go above and beyond what I expect. Everyone demonstrates genuine care and affection and I could not be happier - this level of kindness and patience is rare snd very much appreciated. Thank you all for everything you are doing.

I have always found all the staff at Clifton House to be very accommodating. Nothing is ever any problem to the staff and they are always extremely friendly and professional.

All staff are very caring and helpful

Facilities are clean but personal cleanliness can be an issue e.g. scaley neck and behind ears - clearly not washed often enough. e.g. same clothes for days. Am clearly not there often or long enough to be certain of these things so ......

The staff are very helpful and they are great with the residents. The place is well looked after.
