My Mum is a resident and she’s and we are very happy with all aspects of care at Kirk House. The management and staff go the extra mile to entertain and make the lived experience good

The manager was very friendly and helpful. Her interaction with the residents was very positive and they seemed happy in their environment. I cannot comment on care as I was only a visitor but the residents were happy in themselves when I was being shown the facilities.

The staff are so consistently kind caring and pleasant ...they are worth their weight in gold Thanks for all you do

My mother has been a resident at Kirk House for several years and has been very happy living there. She regularly comments on how well she is looked after by the staff and says that she would not still be alive (age 101 at time of writing) if she were not living there. They have had tremendous difficulties over the past two years with Covid restrictions but have managed to cope with the stresses of that well. The residents have their own self contained room but also socialise with the other residents at mealtimes and for the various activities that occur daily within the home.

Staff have always given first class care but even more so during the last two difficult years of the pandemic when they have maintained their high level of support to residents

Excellent staff, very helpful. Overall Kirk House is very good and I would recommend it to others.

We visited a number of homes before Dad and I chose Kirk House, and we have never regretted that decision. The home is well run and always clean. The staff are friendly, supportive, attentive-and can never do too much to help residents and their families.
