Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you found the environment challenging during your hearing test due to noise from the surrounding corridors. As we are based within a busy medical centre (Ghosh Medical Group), there can occasionally be background activity outside the clinic rooms which is unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we always aim to minimise any disruption where possible and ensure testing conditions are as suitable as we can make them. If you feel the noise may have affected your results, please do let us know and we would be happy to review this with you or arrange a repeat assessment if clinically appropriate.
