All our staff throughout the centre always try their hardest to provide the best service they are able to, thank you for noticing and taking the time to let us know.
My visits started on Sept . 19th x 5 ‘ blasts’. It was a very emotional journey . I was simply overcome with professionalism and kindness . Every member of staff from the receptionist and all the radiography and doctors were exceptional . They made me feel calm and welcome . The ambience of the centre is gentle and genuinely caring

The Genesis staff were amazing. Kind, helpful, caring - they were wonderful. With a special mention of Ellie and Assia. Only two things would improve the experience: 1) a member of staff with the ability to access ports to avoid the need to wait for the oncology team 2) the food offered. When you consider the standard available to patients at the Cromwell, the offerings by Genesis were very poor (especially when you consider the fasting needed before treatment)
