Third day of radiation therapy and today I am still sitting in waiting room an 11.35am appointment and it Is 12.25. Every day so far kept waiting for appointment. Pretty unacceptable when treatment is only five mins.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, although I would have liked to see name tags a bit more clearly so I could remember the staff’s names better. My only frustration was with the taxis, but that is feedback I should send to Addison Lee :)
