I was quite pleased to be seen at Birmingham, I had the early part of my treatment in Nottingham I found the quality of care at both places was excellent but journey took about 20 shorter dístance per day and there was no delay in me being treated in Birmingham.

Although the staff are lovely and friendly, I found the whole radiotherapy experience difficult. As with the nature of the treatment being quick, it felt like I was on a convoy belt with a revolving door at the end.

My radiotherapy was at Little Aston Hospital in Sutton Coldfield. The radiotherapy team, receptionist, Penny Bhron team were all amazing to me, so incredibly kind and nothing was too much trouble to put my mind at rest. The radiotherapy staff took so much time to explain my SARB radiotherapy and make sure I felt safe and calm. They are all definitely following the right career path, because knowing how to talk to an individual who is worried and anxious is so important in a caring profession. I felt I was in very professional and capable hands, which gave me confidence within receiving my treatment. I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness.

Care at Genesis Bham was excellent.

This is the third time I have visited for treatment for Dupuytrens Contracture. Each time I have found the staff very friendly and helpful, the environment clean and comfortable and wait times are very short if at all.

The overall experience bearing in mind the purpose which was radiology for cancer was handled with care consideration and with a totally professional way. Full marks to all staff concerned.

After my husband was treated here the previous year I didn't want to go anywhere else...everything about the place and people make you feel comfortable and so very well cared for

Upon arriving at Genesis care I was impressed by its warm, friendly and immaculate environment. The little touches like a jigsaw for patients to work on and the endless offers of coffee and biscuits were appreciated. The Staff and radiographers were incredibly professional and so very pleasant. They quickly put my mind at rest. They were really focused on making sure I was ok during the whole treatment journey. While undergoing treatment I got to meet a Penny Brohn counsellor which was very much appreciated as cancer and its treatment can be a very challenging time. Last but not least the addition of a fleet of drivers that took me to every appointment, waited for me, and drove me home was a real comfort. The drivers, like all the staff, were so friendly and chatted to me in a way that relaxed me and helped me feel calmer upon arrival. Cancer is a tough journey but everyone at Genesis Care made it much easier in so many ways. I cannot recommend the entire team, that make it work flawlessly, highly enough.
