Upon arriving at Genesis care I was impressed by its warm, friendly and immaculate environment. The little touches like a jigsaw for patients to work on and the endless offers of coffee and biscuits were appreciated. The Staff and radiographers were incredibly professional and so very pleasant. They quickly put my mind at rest. They were really focused on making sure I was ok during the whole treatment journey. While undergoing treatment I got to meet a Penny Brohn counsellor which was very much appreciated as cancer and its treatment can be a very challenging time. Last but not least the addition of a fleet of drivers that took me to every appointment, waited for me, and drove me home was a real comfort. The drivers, like all the staff, were so friendly and chatted to me in a way that relaxed me and helped me feel calmer upon arrival. Cancer is a tough journey but everyone at Genesis Care made it much easier in so many ways. I cannot recommend the entire team, that make it work flawlessly, highly enough.

I had a 1 hour 30 minute journey but with the taxi service the stress of the journey was taken away. I was dropped at the door every day and welcomed my friendly staff. The environment was very calm and the staff were excellent. I'm pleased I chose GenesisCare
