I can’t recommend Anna enough! I had been dealing with a stubborn shoulder impingement and tennis elbow for a while, and nothing seemed to work, until I started seeing her. She used a mix of treatments like shockwave therapy, laser work, and massages, and it made such a difference. From the start, she really listened to me and explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. Her hands-on approach and expertise were amazing, and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting me back to feeling my best. Thanks to Anna, my shoulder and elbow feel better than they have in ages, and I can finally move without pain. If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist, Anna is the one to go to. She’s the best!

Just finished a course of 10 sessions with George Block. Massively impressed with his knowledge and ability to put me at ease with my problems, presented myself to the clinic with a slipped disc at L4-L5 in agony with it all and was keen to try some other avenues other than chiropractic care, cupping, acupuncture etc all with little to no benefit as anyone who is in lumbar spine pain will know. The technology at the clinic was explained to me thoroughly and detailed as to how it can help me and I was really keen to get going. I was at an 8 regarding pain and after my ten sessions alongside the diet plan George provided me my symptoms drastically changed. I was moving more after each session and I’m now in nowhere near as much pain as I was so it’s been a great success. George has been great with me throughout always checking in on me to see how I’m doing and you really get a feel he cares for his clients. Would 100% recommended this to anyone who’s looking to try some new treatment that actually works! It’s been the most affective I’ve tried and I can’t speak highly enough of George and his skills, anyone suffering with lower back pain I would massively recommend giving it a try, stick to the diet plan and listen to the advice from George and you will feel a huge difference.

I discovered Fit2Function via a recommendation on instagram. While training for my second marathon I found myself in yet another cycle of various running injuries. After three years of running I was constantly getting injured once I got to a certain point with my training and I realised I needed some proper help if I was going to achieve what I wanted to with my running. So I made an appointment to see Claudiu. From the start I trusted his judgement and was relieved to find someone who understood both my history and wanted to look at the bigger and long term picture rather than just get me to the next start line - we decided to cancel my marathon (and ultra marathon) plans for 2019 and focus on a 12 week programme of all their treatments and a gym programme to build my strength. 12 weeks on and I'm back running up to 10km and enjoying running with my friends again - pain free for the first time in as long as I can remember. I'm looking forward to gradually building my mileage back for marathon and ultra marathon goals in 2020 and I'm hoping we've found a way to break the cycle and I'm looking forward to working with these guys while I chase down my big goals next year.

I was struggling with a host of problems. Regular sessions alleviated a lot of the symptoms and enabled me to exercise regularly to work through the others. Definitely recommended.

I have been seeing Claudiu over the last few months because of the pain and reduced mobility in my knees due to very advanced osteoarthritis. I am really happy with the progress I have made. I have much less pain and stiffness. Walking is no longer hard work but joy. Stairs were a real nightmare and now most of the time I can go up and down the stairs without even holding onto the hand rail as I used to. I could even play football a bit with my grandchildren the other day. When I started my treatment, I never imagined I would be able to do any of these things. Fit2Function really walk the talk. I am now fit to function in a way I have not been able to for a few years. Their approach is totally unique. It combines very sophisticated equipment, supervised physio (Claudiu watches you like a hawk!!!) and an exercise plan to follow between the sessions. A big, big thank you to Claudiu.

I had terrible tennis elbow in both arms which just wouldn't heal. Claudiu was amazing and sorted it out along with some other neck issues as a bonus! Cannot recommend him highly enough.
