After months of nagging lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day, I finally decided enough was enough and booked an appointment at this clinic. From the very first visit the physio took the time to really understand my lifestyle, how I sit at work, and what had probably caused the problem. They explained everything clearly and gave me easy stretches to do at home as well as hands-on treatment in the sessions. Within just a few visits my posture improved noticeably, the pain has almost completely gone, and I feel much more confident about preventing it in the future. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming too, which makes the whole experience a lot less daunting.
