My experience was excellent,right from the time that I booked my first emergency appointment with George. It was a chronic problem that I had with both shoulders,but George got to the root of it and I got some considerable relief from the pain and discomfort after just one session. A lot more after a few sessions and now some time on I am getting far fewer headaches than before,as many of them were connected with my shoulder and neck. So this year I am having hardly any headaches for the first time ever. So very grateful to George especially and the fit 2 function team,who are all absolutely excellent.

I've seen multiple physiotherapists/osteopaths over the last few years due to a long-standing disc injury in my lower back, and more recently issues with my hip where I could not walk for very long distances at all. Anna has been great at taking me on despite my rather complicated treatment journey up to now. She is extremely knowledgeable, and the ability to have treatment and then go into a gym with her to guide me through the exercises has proven invaluable. Many exercises I was actually doing wrong, and having someone there to show you how it is done and make sure you do it correctly, has meant my recovery has been significantly quicker than I initially expected. I am now at a stage after only around 9 sessions where I can walk virtually pain free, and I am now slowly looking at returning to cardio, where clinicians have previously told me it would not be possible. I cannot recommend Fit2Function enough, especially being someone who has been with many other physiotherapists.

It’s an effective treatment, using laser and shock therapy, helping to speed up the recover from sports injury. @george block is a great professional and I know he works with @claudiu who I’ve known from previous treatment.
