Really impressed with George on my visit to F2F. Ankle has felt weak for a while now post sprain but already feeling better post treatment

I was really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the gents. I had a few paradox injuries and they made sure they took time to understand and explain to me in detail before administering the right care. I felt instant relief and will be going back for subsequent treatment.

I injured my shoulder a few months ago and was struggling with pain and limited movement. I booked in with George at Fit2Function, and from the first session, I felt like I was in really good hands. He immediately pinpointed the problem and explained everything clearly, which made me feel reassured and informed. The exercises and hands-on techniques he used were spot on — I could feel the difference after just a few sessions.
