My doctor was incredibly friendly, put us at ease and explained everything clearly.

I cannot recommend Bristol Paediatric Clinic highly enough. We were extremely concerned about some swellings in our son’s neck and naturally very anxious. From the moment I contacted the clinic, the service was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and efficient, arranging an appointment with Dr Andrew Badcock for 1:45 pm the very same day, despite my only calling that morning. Dr Badcock was absolutely excellent. He was extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. He took the time to listen to our concerns, carefully assess our son and explain everything clearly. His calm, kind and compassionate manner made a tremendous difference during what was a very worrying time for us. As both a parent and a healthcare professional myself, I particularly appreciated the quality of care, professionalism and genuine attention we received. A heartfelt thank you to Dr Badcock and the entire team at Bristol Paediatric Clinic for such outstanding service. We are extremely grateful and would recommend the clinic without hesitation.

Great experience

The admin was a bit patchy. Thought I would get a payment link in advance and had asked for info on what it looked like inside which I only received on the day of the appointment when my child was at school, despite requesting on the form I completed when the booking was confirmed several weeks beforehand. Had expected a social story to be available for a Paediatric specific service that was paid for. This is nothing to do with the service from our consultant, which was brilliant.

We’ve been seeing Dr Badcock with our son for the past 10 months, since he was born, and I can honestly say that his calmness, professionalism and the way he deals with both children and parents are exceptional. As a pharmacist superintendent myself, I’ve worked with many healthcare professionals over the years, and I can genuinely say that Dr Badcock stands out. He was originally recommended to us by medical professionals who are also good friends of mine, and I really don’t think we could have chosen a better doctor for our son. When your child is unwell, it’s naturally a stressful and worrying time, and having a doctor who is so calm, reassuring and thorough makes such a difference. I simply wanted to say thank you to Dr Badcock for all his care, reassurance and support over these past 10 months. We’re very grateful to have him looking after our son.

We had an excellent experience at Bristol Paediatric Clinic. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns without making us feel rushed.

I arrived for my daughter’s 12.30 appointment at 12.10, checked in and waited in the waiting room. At 13.03 I received an email stating that we had missed the appointment. Having travelled over an hour with an 18 month old child for the appointment this was clearly disappointing. Previous visits had been very good, which is a real shame. We will not be using the clinic again

Excellent experience at Bristol Paediatric Clinic today. We felt that we were in very safe hands - Dr Nick Sargant is definitely the person to see if you have any concerns over children’s allergies. Thank you!
