The clinic was easily located with free on site parking. We were slightly early and Richard was happy to see us earlier. The environment is clean and modern. I felt safe and well looked after.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

On my last visit there was a very long queue to be checked in with n explanation or apology.

Everyone was very welcoming and reassuring from the staff on the front desk, to the nurses on the ward and the theatre staff. My room was very clean and had everything I needed

Some nurses do not follow up on procedures eg applying final dressing.
