Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Clean and bright rooms. Didn't wait at all and the staff was friendly and helpful.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.
