Great service and experience with Andy who conducted lung function tests with me at the Lister Hospital

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.

Centre is ok if a bit crowded.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

The facilities were clean, the layout of the rooms was organised and the staff were all pleasant, very helpful and professional.

My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.
