My experience with Dr Rakshi has been excellent so far, and should I require a further appointment I won't hesitate to make one. I had decided to book an appointment with him following a great deal of research, and after finding him to have excellent patient reviews as well as a wealth of knowledge and expertise I was confident I would receive a high standard of care. In my appointment he not only listened but also made me feel truly heard and validated, responded in a very timely manner to my emails, took the time to write a very detailed follow up letter with clear actions, and conveys a genuine desire to get to the root of my complex medical issues.

He was knowledgeable, competent and realistic.

Dr Mallik explained the procedure really well, he spent time advising me and answering my queries. He is friendly and down to earth. On the whole, it was a pleasure to have such a personable, helpful doctor.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. Mr Barazi was never hurried in explaining the details the scan. He asked many pertinent questions to arrive at a diagnosis and the best treatments to explore. His follow up telephone call will be most welcomed

Mr Akram made me feel at ease and explained in detail the options I have in the future. He answered all my questions and gave me confidence in his skills and ability. .This was followed up by a comprehensive letter from him received quickly after my appointment which confirmed everything I had spoken about.

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

An amazing doctor , very thoughtful and considerate

Having contracted COVID-19, which subsequently led to the development of long COVID, I underwent weekly Perrin Technique sessions with Rakhee for several months. I am now delighted to report that I have fully resumed working without experiencing any symptoms. I feel just as healthy as I did before my battle with COVID-19. I highly recommend Rakhee and this treatment to individuals grappling with long COVID.
