The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care.
