Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

Dr. Dalili was able to talk me through the procedure and best possible outcomes. I felt at ease and did not experience any painful or negative symptoms.

Dr David Beckett is extremely personable, his communication skills are excellent and this is further helped by his brilliant sense of humour which greatly helps alleviate any stress and worries for the patience. It is clear he is well respected by his colleagues and has an excellent working relationship with his team.

The procedure, expectations and potential outcomes were discussed clearly and in depth, with all questions addressed and at no point feeling rushed prior to the start of treatment. Dr Davagnanam was approachable, reassuring, calm and confident making me feel at ease throughout the process; before, during and after the procedure. His well mannered, personable and professional approach is conducive to a positive patient/doctor relationship. He maintained procedural updates; what he was doing/about to do, what I may feel, and continued to offer reassurance throughout the treatment.
