Dr Sarkhel, a very helpful professional concerning my depression. He was able to address my concerns to cognitive behaviours I was experiencing and inform me it was apart of the depression and anxiety I was facing. Very interesting to understand from a professional point of view and it helped me to really put things into perspective for me. Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Dr. Agnew has been extremely helpful. He is a compassionate and perceptive listener, who is also able to gently push you to hold yourself accountable for your own well-being when necessary. His knowledge and awareness of various topics means that it is easy to feel comfortable around him, and you don't feel like you have to spend most of the session giving context or background information so that he can understand why you feel a certain way about a situation. Highly recommend.

Dr Emily Hale has been fantastic in helping me to improve my mental health and sense of self through psychotherapy. The environment she creates is one free from judgement which allows me to be myself and express any issues that are bothering me. She is superb!
