Evangelia has been fantastic. She has been able to help me unpack my thoughts and feelings, and understand where they have come from. She has helped me see how my childhood experiences impact the way I react to situations in adult life, and more importantly has shown me that I can change this and how to. Dr. Agnew has been extremely helpful. He is a compassionate and perceptive listener, who is also able to gently push you to hold yourself accountable for your own well-being when necessary. His knowledge and awareness of various topics means that it is easy to feel comfortable around him, and you don't feel like you have to spend most of the session giving context or background information so that he can understand why you feel a certain way about a situation. Highly recommend.
