Dr Sarkhel, a very helpful professional concerning my depression. He was able to address my concerns to cognitive behaviours I was experiencing and inform me it was apart of the depression and anxiety I was facing. Very interesting to understand from a professional point of view and it helped me to really put things into perspective for me. I appreciate the advice as it was extremely helpful whilst going through the symptoms.

An excellent experience. You are a very good listener and I am able to relax, confident in your competence! You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening. I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Dr. Agnew has been extremely helpful. He is a compassionate and perceptive listener, who is also able to gently push you to hold yourself accountable for your own well-being when necessary. His knowledge and awareness of various topics means that it is easy to feel comfortable around him, and you don't feel like you have to spend most of the session giving context or background information so that he can understand why you feel a certain way about a situation. Highly recommend.

I was extremely cautious starting grief counselling, but even in a short period it has given me exceptional insight and support. Greg is personable, insightful, respectful and professional whilst having a great sense of humour which is really appreciated during delicate and difficult conversations.
