Steven is incredibly welcoming and immediately put me at ease. He was able to help me identify issues which had never been on the radar as I aimed to overcome PTSD. I couldn't recommend Steven highly enough, a pleasure to work with and I'm extremely grateful for the results I've achieved and being able to move on.

It's hard to know how to begin this review. I reached out to Steven during a really difficult time in my life, perhaps the hardest time I've ever been through. The hardest step was finding someone to talk to and actually making that phone call. Thankfully I reached out to Steven. Ever since my very first call with him, Steven listened to me with intent, empathised with me even though I felt I didn't deserve it, and he made me feel like I was a valid person, a good person, who would be able to process what had happened, and have a good and meaningful life. Meeting Steven and going through this process with him, he has given me the tools and space I needed to get through that difficult time. Life is always going to be difficult at times - but I now find that I am dealing with things much better, and most importantly that I can manage my emotions better in difficult situations. I'm so grateful that I met Steven, and I just want to thank him for all of his help and kindness.
