Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. They answered any questions that I had quickly with great care and consideration.

During my stay there, no doctor was responsible for me. I "only" had the sessions with my psychotherapist. For all medical questions (like how the treatment works for me so far; drugs dosis; ...) and other requests I had to contact the desk clerk or the trainee or the neuroscientist. But unforrunately the neuroscientist went in holliday without a replacement for her. Consequently during my second half of my stay I didn't have a contact person for the rTMS approach anymore. I would recommend to check the final invoice very accurate, since in my invoice there were many mistakes to my harm.
