I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very friendly and easy to talk to, helped me to understand myself and thoughts better and gave such great reasoning & explanation to validate my experiences. Provided me with really good strategies and techniques which I found to be genuinely life changing!

A fantastic appointment in which I felt heard and understood. This was in relation to an assessment for a pilots medical from the CAA.

Dr Abraham is incredibly approachable and made time to come and see me on the ward any day he was working, just to check if I needed anything or to speak to him further. I felt I could be completely open and honest with him about all of my experiences and struggles.

When I started my journey with my very difficult life. I was put in contact with Dr Rostamipour for an assessment for ADHD. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD and slight autism. Thereafter I was very carefully and compassionately guided into a health care plan that has literally changed and saved my life. I feel after seeing Dr Rostamipour My life has begun. I am in regular contact with Dr Rostamipour. I have regular updates about how I’m feeling and coping with my life and my medication. This is all very carefully monitored and I couldn’t wish for a better outcome. I feel I was born in June 2022 and I am the person now that I always knew I was. So I can’t thank Dr Rostamipour more for his compassion , expertise and knowledge that has got me where I am today. Alex D.

As he only worked in the evening once a week this just didn’t work. I don’t have a car, phone conversation is not appropriate. As the Priory hold my notes I found it unnecessary to repeat my information again. Over 2 weeks was lost having and waiting for a blood test for vitamin B12. ( it was normal)The only suggestion was to change my antidepressant .( over 65’s can’t take more than 20 mg of citalopram) This I didn’t want to do without easier access to advice. Dr Kassim agreed. He was always was polite but I’m afraid for me it was a negative experience.
