My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Takes a while to register with reception staff. Slow computer systems. Made further appointment but when home received call to say I had been given appointment with incorrect consultant had to reschedule

Looked after me very well, only issue I experienced was a 4 hour wait for the operation, so I had not been able to eat or drink anything for 9 hours.

Friendly receptionists, easy to park, comfortable waiting area.

It was the first time I have used private medical care and it certainly lived up to the expectations I had of it. The staff especially were extremely efficient and again that word friendly applies making the whole experience much more agreeable than I was expecting.

The hospital was spotless both on the ward and in other areas Amazing. All my appointment took place at the time given with minimum waiting Every one I met from ward staff, clerics and physiotherapists were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and individuals went out of their way to help my recovery
