Good but car parking atrocious

My stay of just 48 hours was made pleasant and comfortable by the excellent caring staff members

My experience at the centre was pleasant. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Hospital very clean,tidy,plenty of car parking spaces ,refreshments available and plenty of staff around to assist.

Mri dept was fantastic. I'm claustrophobic and they were so patient with me and calm and kind. Thank you.

The hospital is clean and well-equipped. Staff are friendly. Pre-visit information sent is misleading and inaccurate. Several phone calls necessary to arrange appointments that should have been initiated by the hospital.

Required some time standing in a queue at reception, but the time in the waiting area was very short.
