It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

The admin staff are prompt with queries, any my Dr is very empathetic, engaging and I’m very happy to be under their care.

Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

Easy to find. Parking was easy on the weekend.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. I ended up at Ease because they were the quickest and easiest to get me an appointment without much fuss or admin. Had a test session with my therapist and decided to give it a go. They were very professional, very atuned to observing things in the moments of conversation that ended up unlocking emotions and realisations. They held a steady safe space for me in which I felt myself progressing continuously each week. Thank you!!
