Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Whilst Mr Bowes has a tremendous depth of expertise in his field, he explains his diagnoses in plain English, taking time to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed. His treatments are proficient, quick and transformative. Whilst I am somewhat squeamish when thinking about eye surgery, he put me quickly at ease and now I can say that my fears were unfounded.

Dr Low has been amazing with my mother through her eye operation. She has explained everything to me and my mum and made my mum feel comfortable. She talked us through the procedure and been professional at all times. She is a great consultant and appreciate her.

I had Refractive Lens Exchange Surgery on 7/5/24 , carried out by Miss Sharmina Khan. This surgery has been life changing, as the difference it has made to my quality of life already has been incredible - no longer do I have to put on glasses as soon as I get out of bed each morning! I would recommend Miss Khan without hesitation as the care I have been receiving has been outstanding at all times , particularly supportive when helping me with my anxieties before and during the surgery.

Very helpful and reassuring visit

I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!
